Savannah Rose!!!

I am a proud Aunt for the 14th time! My sister Judi had her baby girl Savannah Rose this morning at 7:41 am (Utah time). She weighed in at 7lbs 3oz & 19 inches long. I hear she has a bit of dark hair under that little hat! She looks alot like big brother Camden. CONGRATULATIONS Judi & Dave!!! We are so happy for you...little Savannah is beautiful!

A very tired baby

Our church block is from 11:30-2:30 which makes it hard on Brikelle because that's right during nap time. However, she very rarely naps during church...there's too much going on and she doesn't want to miss out! Today when we got home I put her in her high chair with a snack while I made dinner. The next thing I knew she was racked out! That poor baby was so tired! I had to take pictures because her little hand is inside the cracker container and she has cheese all over her nose! Oh to be one again!

Carolina Beach

Alan had Friday off of work so we decided to take the opportunity to spend the day at the beach. This was the first time going this summer so Bailee and Braden were very excited. Brikelle was too little to remember going last year so this was her first "real" beach trip. As soon as she saw all the sand, she squirmed her way out of my arms and was in heaven! She had a blast playing in the sand and in the water. Bailee and Braden had tons of fun jumping waves with dad. Alan got quite the work out with taking each of them out into the water and battling the waves...but I'm pretty sure he enjoyed it just as much as the kids did! We had a great time and are trying to plan another weekend that we can go play in the sand and water again!

Saturday night came with a beautiful and awesome sunset...I had to take pictures because this sunset just totally amazed me. It was really cool because the kids and I were outside putting toys away. We put stuff in the garage and two seconds later came out to this. When we came out of the garage everything brightened up and looked so orange. I just wanted to share how beautiful it was...

A visit with Grandma & Grandpa Jones

A couple of weekends ago Alan's parents made a trip out here in their 5th wheel to see us. Other than seeing Grandma for a few hours last October, it's been over a year since we've been able to see them. The kids were super excited and loved every minute of having them here, and they got all kinds of fun goodies! We had a really nice visit and are glad we were able to spend a few days with them.
