Pure and trusting. You are a gentle soul who can get along with just about anyone. Everyone you meet instantly falls in love with you. How can they resist? You have a pure, lovable nature that's irresistable. Just don't trust everyone who comes across your path.

A visit with Grandma & Grandpa Jones

A couple of weekends ago Alan's parents made a trip out here in their 5th wheel to see us. Other than seeing Grandma for a few hours last October, it's been over a year since we've been able to see them. The kids were super excited and loved every minute of having them here, and they got all kinds of fun goodies! We had a really nice visit and are glad we were able to spend a few days with them.

Nellie was a huge hit with the kids

Bailee & Braden got to have breakfast in Grandma & Grandpa's 5th wheel!

Our Baby

Today I put Brikelle up on our bathroom counter to fix her hair. I had the water running so I could wet her hair with my hand. She decided she would help...she started out with just one hand, then two, then she scooted over closer and put both feet in, but that still didn't satisfy her so she decided she better just sit in the sink! I was done with her hair by then but she was so proud of herself and happy and kept telling me "hi" (something she does to make sure what she is doing is okay) and I couldn't help but just let her play for a bit! Bailee grabbed the camera for me so I could take some pictures, so I thought I'd share them with you...

Hannah Montana in 3D!!!

Oh yes...we made it a family date to watch the Hannah Montana Concert in 3D!!! Bailee waited for 2 weeks for it to come on...she was so excited. Thankfully by last night Bailee was starting to feel much better so she was able to enjoy the show. It was a fun family date night...thanks Bailee!

miniature golf...sort of

On Friday Alan got home from work early so we decided to take the kids mini golfing for the first time. Braden loved it and had a lot of fun. Bailee unfortunately got sick so she didn't enjoy it so much and we ended up having to leave half way thru our course...which was a bummer 'cause Alan & I were on a really good streak! We want Bailee to have a fun experience with it so we plan to go back again soon!

TOOTHLESS!!!

With the help of a 4 year old brother and his big, hard head, Bailee lost her two top teeth a couple of weeks sooner than expected. Both of her teeth were already loose, but still had a couple of weeks before being ready to come out. Braden hurried the process along by accidentally bonking Bailee in the mouth with his head (it even left a little bruise on his head!). Bailee came crying to me with a mouth full of blood. They didn't get knocked out completely (although I wish they would have), but got knocked very loose. The first one came out that same day while eating a quesadilla, the second one came out last night with Alan's assistance. So now our little "Miss B" has a big hole in her mouth with 4 missing teeth! Her favorite thing to say is "three"...she likes how it sounds! She's beautiful with or without teeth and we love her dearly!

Mile Stone = New Bike!

We have never been able to get Braden to pedal a bike...he just wouldn't do it because he just didn't like to do it. He has always used his little 3 wheeler by pushing with his feet. Lately we've told him that if he started using the pedals on his 3 wheeler and the tiny little toddler bike we have, we would buy him a new big boy bike. Well, within the last few weeks Braden has done a lot more peddling and a lot less pushing with his feet. Yesterday Daddy and Braden went and picked out a new bike! He's so funny (and a little scary) to watch! He loves his new bike and that's all he did yesterday once they got home. I say he's a little scary to watch because he doesn't pay much attention to what he's doing...he likes to see what's going on around him. Alan made sure to teach him how to use the breaks! Braden's getting the hang of it quite well and with a little more practice he'll be a pro in no time. Good Job buddy...We Love You!!!

Our Vacation

Well, our vacation has ended and we are back home and back to reality. What a wonderful time we had! We spent two days at Disney's Magic Kingdom and one day at SeaWorld. And thanks to an awesome promotion for military families, our SeaWorld tickets came at no cost! Our journey started on Monday which was driving day. That evening we stopped at a hotel an hour away from Orlando and fed our bellies and took the kids swimming. Tuesday morning after breakfast we made our way to Disney World. We got checked into the hotel and settled in our room and off we went to start our first day of fun. Tuesday's adventures came along with rain...two rainstorms that required us to take cover! After the 2nd rainstorm it sprinkled pretty much the rest of the time but that didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves. We still did as much as we could. There were a lot more rides that we were able to do as a whole family than I expected. All 3 of the kids are fearless! Brikelle loved everything we went on and Bailee and Braden couldn't wait for their first roller coaster ride which Alan took them on. Seeing their expressions and excitement during the ride was Alan's favorite part! He said they both just loved it. Bailee loved the hills and Braden loved how fast it went. I took Bailee and Braden on Splash Mountain and once again they were fearless and loved every minute of it! As a family we were able to go on It's A Small World, Snow White's Scary Adventures, Dumbo, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin, the Tea Cups, Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean & of course the Disney Train which took us all around the Magic Kingdom. Our 2nd day at Disney was a much more sunny day. That was the day which the kids got to meet and/or see a lot of the characters which was very exciting. Our day at SeaWorld was a fun one. I'm fascinated with the dolphins. I wish we could have one for a pet...it could live in the blow up pool in our backyard! All in all we had an awesome vacation and can't wait for the next one! We haven't decided yet if the kids or the parents had more fun! We do know that us parents totally wore the kids out. I asked Braden what his favorite part of Disney was and he told me "going back to the hotel". We walked that kids legs right off! Enjoy the pictures of our adventures!
